We are currently experiencing a technical issue that is impacting our ability to receive faxes. As a result, clinical documentation and prescription requests sent via fax may not be received. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, though we do not yet have an estimated time for resolution. In the meantime, we encourage patients to use the patient portal for prescription refill requests or to call your primary care provider for any urgent needs. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore our systems.

What can I expect during my appointment?

We tailor each physical therapy visit to your needs with a wide range of services and specialties. For every visit you can expect to discuss your case, limitations, current function and goals. Your therapist will perform an examination and use all of this information to create a treatment plan and guide you on the path to recovery.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

We recommend that you dress comfortably before attending your appointment. Write down any questions or concerns you may have before coming to your appointment and be sure to plan for an hour of discussion, assessment and treatment.
