American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology
I grew up in Bar Harbor, Maine. For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a physician.
I attended Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, for both my undergraduate education and medical school and during that time realized I had a passion for women's health.
I could not have been more pleased to return to Maine to complete my residency in Ob-Gyn at Maine Medical Center, and am equally excited to continue to care for the women of Southern Maine as part of InterMed.
I enjoy Ob-Gyn because it allows me the opportunity to provide a wide variety of care, including preventative medicine, management of pregnancy, delivery and gynecologic conditions as well as the ability to perform surgery when necessary.
As an Ob-Gyn, I have the honor of caring for women across their lifespan during some of the most pivotal moments in their lives. I can't imagine doing anything else.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children and our two dogs. We enjoy hiking, camping, boating, skiing and exploring the Greater Portland restaurant scene.
