We are currently experiencing a technical issue that is impacting our ability to receive faxes. As a result, clinical documentation and prescription requests sent via fax may not be received. Seasonal flu & COVID vaccines

Open September 3 - November 18

Our seasonal vaccine clinic is open September 3 through November 18 to InterMed patients by appointment only.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that:

 

  • Everyone 6 months and older receive an annual flu vaccine.

  • Everyone 6 months and older stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccination

Please send your physician a portal message through MyInterMed if you have any concerns before receiving your vaccines.

What should I bring to my COVID-19 vaccine appointment?

  • Your insurance card or Traditional Medicare ID (the red, white and blue card).

    • Contact your health insurance provider to learn how your plan covers COVID vaccine and vaccine administration fees.

  • Your EpiPen if you typically carry one.

What should I bring to my flu vaccine appointment?

  • Your insurance card.

    • Contact your health insurance provider to learn how your plan covers flu vaccine and vaccine administration fees.

What is the vaccine availability at InterMed's seasonal clinic?

  • Flu Adult (18 years and older): AVAILABLE

  • Flu Pediatric (6 months through 17 years old): AVAILABLE

  • COVID Adult (Pfizer - 19 years and older): AVAILABLE

  • COVID Pediatric (Moderna - 6 months through 18 years old): AVAILABLE

Normal business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.
