We are currently experiencing a technical issue that is impacting our ability to receive faxes. As a result, clinical documentation and prescription requests sent via fax may not be received. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, though we do not yet have an estimated time for resolution. In the meantime, we encourage patients to use the patient portal for prescription refill requests or to call your primary care provider for any urgent needs. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore our systems.

My name is Kim Viola and I am a physical therapist at the Foden Rd office. I received my bachelor’s in Applied Exercise Science from the University of New England in 2010 and my Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2013.

Prior to joining InterMed, I worked in an outpatient orthopaedic clinic focused on sports medicine and rehabilitation. There, I had the opportunity to work with patients with a variety of sports-related injuries, as well as post-operative procedures and have been certified in Level 1 Dry Needling. My focus is to combine manual therapies with progressive therapeutic exercise to achieve positive patient outcomes and return to function.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, and outdoor activities such as snowboarding, boating, and hiking.
