We are currently experiencing issues with our fax lines; we are only intermittently receiving faxes for records and prescriptions at the moment. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I was born and raised in Portland. I left Maine to attend the University of Vermont, where I majored in biology.
After college, I moved to Boston, where I worked in family medicine as a medical scribe and later as a certified nursing assistant at Mass Eye and Ear. I then moved back to Maine, with my wife, to attend the University of New England for graduate school. Following physician assistant school, I worked in emergency medicine at Southern Maine Health Care.
My favorite aspect of medicine is the provider-patient relationship. I strive to educate and empower patients to improve their overall healthcare. Most of all, I value making patients feel comfortable in an often uncomfortable setting.
I love everything about Maine. The people, the mountains, the lakes and ocean. I enjoy all four of Maine’s seasons. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, being on the water, skiing, cooking and training for marathons.
