We are currently experiencing a technical issue that is impacting our ability to receive faxes. As a result, clinical documentation and prescription requests sent via fax may not be received. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, though we do not yet have an estimated time for resolution. In the meantime, we encourage patients to use the patient portal for prescription refill requests or to call your primary care provider for any urgent needs. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore our systems.

ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialists, also known as otolaryngologists, diagnose and treat conditions related to the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck. This includes issues such as hearing loss, sinusitis, allergies, tonsillitis, and voice disorders. They also handle more complex conditions like head and neck cancers, thyroid disorders. Additionally, they perform surgical procedures related to these areas, such as tonsillectomies, thyroidectomies sinus surgeries, and ear tube placements.

What can I expect during my appointment?

An ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) appointment typically begins with a discussion of your medical history and current symptoms. During the physical examination, they'll likely use specialized tools to inspect your ears, nose, and throat. Depending on your symptoms, additional tests like hearing evaluations or imaging scans may be ordered. After the examination, the ENT will discuss their findings with you and recommend a treatment plan, which could include medication, lifestyle changes, or further procedures if necessary.

When should I schedule an ENT appointment?

Your primary care physician or provider will initiate care and/or a referral when it is clinically appropriate for you to receive ENT care.
