MyInterMed is a secure, web-based program that allows you to communicate directly at your convenience with your care team about non-urgent matters.
The portal directly connects you to portions of your electronic medical record, the same used by your physician. This handout explains the type of information you can expect to see after your visits.
MyInterMed gives you access to
Appointments: Request and keep track of appointments
Lab Results: Access and view lab results

FAQ
What email should I use when signing up for MyInterMed Patient Portal?
The email addresses must be unique for each patient. Shared or work email accounts should not be used, as you will receive messages regarding your confidential health record.
How do I login to the portal for the first time?

If you are having trouble accessing your portal, please call (207) 774-5816, and select option 4 to speak with a patient services representative.
What browser is best to use when accessing MyInterMed?
MyInterMed functions best when viewed in Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
Is there a mobile app?
After setting up your account, download the free InterMed Patient Portal App (Healow or Healow Kids) to access portions of your electronic medical record on the go.
Please note that patients 18 and older can access MyInterMed and the Healow app for adults. The MyInterMed Portal and Healow Kids app are available for parents of children under age 13.

How do I access telehealth appointments?
MyInterMed allows you to connect to your telehealth appointments! Log in to your MyInterMed and select 'Join a Televisit'. You will be asked to enter the healowTV code given to you by your physician or provider to start the visit.
